1. The following definitions apply in this Policy:

1. The scope of processed personal data is limited to the minimum necessary for the provision of services in the following areas:

• placing an order in the online store: first and last name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, and optionally a pickup point address;

• preparing and concluding a contract: first and last name, address, ID card number, etc.;

Data Retention Period

1. Personal data is processed for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, namely:

• for the duration of the concluded contract;
• for the period necessary to document the performance of a contract or service, including issuing a receipt or invoice – data is stored for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired;
• for the period necessary to respond to an inquiry submitted via the contact form or by telephone;
• until consent is withdrawn, if data processing is based on the consent of the data subject.

Data Recipients

1. The User’s personal data may be entrusted to other entities for the purpose of providing services on behalf of the Data Controller, in particular entities responsible for:

• website hosting;
• servicing and maintenance of IT systems in which data is processed, including systems used for newsletter automation, invoicing, order processing, etc.;
• accounting services;
• administrative and office support services.

2. The User’s personal data may also be disclosed to entities supporting the Data Controller, including entities providing courier and postal services, and online payment processing services.

1. The data subject has the right to:

• access their personal data and request its rectification;
• request the erasure of personal data, unless other legal provisions require the Data Controller to retain the data for a specified period;
• data portability, provided that the processing is based on a contract or the data subject’s consent and is carried out by automated means;
• object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes carried out by the Data Controller on the basis of legitimate interest, as well as request restriction of processing;
• not be subject to automated profiling, if the Data Controller were to make decisions based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly significantly affect them;
• exercise control over data processing and obtain information regarding the identity of the Data Controller, as well as the purpose, scope, and method of data processing, the content of the data, the source of the data, and the manner in which it is shared, including recipients or categories of recipients;
• withdraw consent at any time, if the processing is based on the consent of the data subject. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) if the data subject believes that the processing of their personal data violates the applicable data protection regulations.

Final Provisions

1. The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy, in particular where required by changes in applied technical solutions, changes in legal regulations concerning data protection, or other significant changes affecting the content of the information provided to Users.
2. In the event of changes to the applicable Privacy Policy, appropriate modifications will be introduced to the above provisions, which shall become effective as of the date of their publication on the Website/Store.

General Provisions
